2026-2027SchoolCalendar.pdf The Board of Education approved the school year calendar to reflect the inclusion of several early dismissal days for professional learning activities and self-directed educator time. The intent of this change is to improve teacher effectiveness thereby boosting student achievement. Hampstead Elementary School dismisses at 1:00 pm on the pre-planned 2 hours and forty-five minutes early dismissal days. Please ensure your family has dismissal plans in place for each of these 1:00 pm Early Dismissal Days (1 each month!).
Be sure to keep sending notes to the mailto:hamattendance@carrollk12.org Include teacher name, student's name, etc. This email is monitored regularly by the office staff. You can send attendance notes, pick up changes, health and PE notes. Notes_about_notes.docx

All water bottles must be clear plastic with a lid that closes. Please write your child's name clearly on the water bottle. Label all items, lunchboxes, bookbags, sweaters, coats, etc. Unclaimed items in the Lost & Found will be donated to NESAP periodically during the school year.
