2025-2026_School_Calendar_Rev._6.2025.pdf  Please note this calendar includes eight (8) two hours and forty-five minutes early dismissal days (1 per month!).  HES will dismiss at 1:00 pm.  Please ensure your family has dismissal plans in place for each of these 1:00 pm Early Dismissal Days.

Kindergarten Registration Week - March 9-13, 2026!

Enrollment in Kindergarten is mandatory for children who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2025.

Please call Vicki Wagner 410-751-3420 so she can obtain preliminary enrollment information and to schedule an appointment.  At the time of enrollment, parents will need to bring the following:

  • birth certificate or other legal document to verify their child's legal name and birth date
  • parent driver's license
  • verification of residence such as a current utility bill (gas, electric, water, landline phone bill) that includes the service address with house number and street name
  • address from which the child will be transported to school and the specific address to which the child will be transported after school

Immunization records must be completed and returned to the school prior to the start of the school year.
